It will seize opportunities, enhance professional competence, strengthen service awareness, optimize sales support processes, improve problem feedback and closed-loop management, continuously provide high-quality products, steadily improve customer satisfaction, ensure the completion of annual targets, and ultimately achieve strategic development and win-win cooperation.
02 Foreign Trade Department
Focusing on core product categories such as bandages, splints, braces and supports, the person in charge of the Foreign Trade Department and sales elites carried out detailed data analysis. In particular, patented and independently molded products including roll-type polymer splints, sleeve-type polymer bandages and ankle-Foot Braces have gained high recognition from foreign merchants and become new growth drivers. The conference shared experience in developing new overseas customers and suggestions for product optimization, and held special seminars on Alibaba International Station operation, customer management and logistics optimization, demonstrating the foreign trade team’s firm determination and professional vision to expand the global market.
03 E-commerce Department

04 Production Department
The heads of the Production Department and Technical & Quality Department delivered work summaries and statements. They will closely cooperate with the sales team to ensure production supply and on-time delivery, uphold quality assurance and innovation, and keep pace with the front-end market. The R&D team has independently developed lightweight 3D woven polymer splints, integrated polymer splints and thermoformed large-mesh splints, filling gaps in the segmented market and meeting diverse customer needs.
